What kind of materials are used in manufacturing SCORE! Designs handbags?
Our clear SCORE! bags are made from thick, clear, and scannable high-grade polyurethane and nylon thread. The hardware includes a metal chain and dangle, magnetic clasp, and rhinestone closure. Solid SCORE! bags are made from thick, high-grade plastic, nylon thread. The hardware includes a metal chain, metal dangle, magnetic clasp, and rhinestone closure.
How much is shipping?
3-6 day ground shipping is $6, expedited two day is $35.
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
For returns, customers must initiate their return within 10 days of receipt using the form on SCORE!'s website: https://www.scoregamedaybag.com/pages/refund-policy
All returns incur a $12 restock/shipping charge deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in unused condition with all tags attached.
For exchanges, the customer must return the item following the same steps as above. They must then place a new order on the website. Their refund will be initiated when the returned purse is received.
Refunds are initiated when a returned purse is received by SCORE! The refund will be credited to your account, minus the $12 restock/shipping fee.

How long does it take to get my bag once ordered?
Two business days expedited shipping is $35 or 3-5 business days ground is $6.

Why are your bags polka dot?
Most teams have two colors — a main color and an accent color. In order for our bags to remain clear while still showing team colors, we chose the polka dot pattern to reflect team spirit and maintain a sporty theme

How can I clean my clear SCORE! bag?
You can clean your SCORE! designer bag with hot water and grease-cutting soap. Click here to view the SCORE! cleaning video.
My bag arrived foggy or scratched. What should I do?
Clear plastic (PU or polyurethane) gets foggy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. Bags may get scratched during the manufacturing or packing processes. Cleaning the fogginess is easy. Click here to watch SCORE!'s cleaning video. Scratches, however, are impossible to avoid. They will occur during manufacturing and regular prudent use.
How should I store my SCORE! bag?
Your new game day bag should be kept in the white SCORE! dust bag that you received when purchased to help protect it from scratches in your closet or drawer.
My bag arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email hello@ScoreGameDayBag.com with pictures of the damage.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Our custom orders have a 3-6 month turnaround, and we only take custom orders with a minimum of 48 bags. Sororities love our custom game day bags!
Are you licensed for the NFL, NCAA, NHL, PGA, and NBA?
We are not. However, our color combinations reflect many of your favorite teams’ colors.
I haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping information. What should I do?
First, check your spam and other folders. Some email servers may not recognize SCORE! without prior authorization. If you can’t find SCORE! in your other folders, just shoot an email to hello@ScoreGameDayBag.com, and she can provide you with the information.
My tracking number shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Once it has left our hands to the shipper (USPS), it is literally "out of our hands". Please follow the USPS policy for lost and missing package instructions for Priority Mail, not Priority Mail Express. Click here to view the USPS policy.
